I Think I Can Most Of The Time!

I think I can most of the time!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Our weather has been amazing. I love the Fall. Today, I am talking about having a “I can” attitude. I find that I think I can most of the time but now all of the time!

Philippians 4:13 states, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Are you feeling weary today? Yeah me too!

God doesn’t promise that everything will be easy. He does promise that He will be with us with we go through the trials of life. Friends, these trials will come and during these trials I think I can most of the time.

If God calls you to it, He will give you the grace to get through it. God has so much grace and I am so grateful.

I believe every time we have a positive mindset, we get stronger and stronger. It won’t be easy at first but over time, we will have that “I can” attitude not the “I can’t.”

Friends, don’t give up if you are going through a trial. Stay in faith and know that God is with you and He gives you the strength you need to make it through the day.

How Do I Trust God Completely And Not Worry?

How do I trust God completely and not worry?

Happy Monday! I hope that you’ve had a great start to your September. I took a short break but I’m back. It seems like everyone is going through something. Life is so hard. But how do I trust God completely and not worry?

Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

We all worry! When we worry, we focus on the wrong things. We lean on our own means to solve the problem.

The cause of worry is pretty simple. We stop putting our faith and trust in God. How do I trust God completely and not worry?

God has the solutions for everything and His solutions are so much better than ours. When we put our trust in God, we can rest in knowing that He’s got us.

Our goal for today and everyday is to stop worrying which requires us to learn a new way of life. Who is with me? Say “I trust God completely.”

Why Is It Important To Keep Watering?

Why is it important to keep watering?

Happy Monday, friends! I hope that you have had a good start to the month of August. When I think of August I always think about the start of school. Pray for all kids who are starting school soon. This week, I am talking about why is it important to keep watering?

When we think about watering, we think about watering our seeds that we plant whether in a garden or in a pot. This year, I started a small garden that yielded a few tomatoes which made me feel accomplished. If I had forgotten to water, my tomato plant would have died.

Just like we water seeds that become plants and yield fruit, we can grow spiritual seeds by watering with the Word of God.

Colossians 2:6-7 states, “Continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught overflowing with thankfulness.”

To be strong in the Lord we must continue to water seeds with the Word of God.

Our faith is built when we study the Word of God and rely on that Word every day.

Keep watering and don’t give up!

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Be strong in the Lord.
