Hello Again!
We are starting another week at home!
Another week of homeschooling your kiddos. How are you doing?
I would love to hear from you.
I remember when I started homeschooling my youngest son and even though I was an educator it was probably the hardest job that I had ever had.
Spring is such a lovely time of year. My rose bushes are blooming. There are so many great activities to do at home with your kids. I included a few to get you going this week!
Kids love to play with slime! I found an easy recipe to whip up with your kids
¼ cup instant pudding mix
1 cup corn starch
1/3 cup warm water
1. Add instant pudding mix and half of your cornstarch to a mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup water and stir until slime begins to form.
2. Slowly add the rest of your cornstarch, stirring as you go. When slime thickens and is hard to stir with a spoon, finish kneading by hand.
Store in an airtight ziplock bag. After a couple of uses, throw the slime away.
The ingredients may be edible, the kids do not need to eat it! However, it is fun to play with.
I love butterflies! I found a great recipe for Pretzel Butterflies to make with your kids. Click on the link below.
I included a few ideas below to get you started on learning about the Cherry Blossoms.

Have a blessed day!
Happy Saturday! This week has been a blur.
We made it through another week. It is so weird not to be able to get together with friends and family.
Thankfully we have Facetime so we can still see each other.
How are you feeling today?
You may be feeling alone in this crisis. You are not!
We are all in this together!
Take this time to pray, study the word, listen to podcasts, or learn a new skill.
Take heart in knowing that God is with you and you are never alone!
Have a blessed day!
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with you. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 NIV
Are you looking at the bad news or the good news?
On Tuesday, I turned on the news and as I continued to watch it throughout the day, I became burdened and filled with anxiety.
How are you doing today? Have you had moments of feeling worried or fearful?
God wants us to call out to Him when we feel worried or fearful.
“In my distress, I cried to the Lord, and He heard me.” (Psalms 120:1)
God says to “lift up our eyes to the hills, from where our help comes” (Psalms 121:1).
Look up for answers! God will never let you down!
I hope you enjoy the song by Lauren Daigle. Blessings to you today!
