With all the craziness, we still can find things to be thankful for. I wake up every day thanking God that I am alive, that I have family, and food on my table.

Growing up my mom would make cornbread in a skillet. I loved her cornbread because of the crispy edges that made it extra yummy. I also loved eating cornbread with a little slice of butter but who don’t, right? I have to be honest with you. I have never tasted cornbread and milk. But, I tell you the idea of two of my favorites, tacos, and cornbread makes me happy.
