Apples are the best during the months of August through October! What is your favorite type of apple? This is the time to make your favorite apple recipes. One favorite around our house is the Cinnamon Apple Raisin Cake. I like to say it is a little healthier than just your typical cake, plus you don’t add the icing on the top. I switched up my recipe and added yogurt and coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. I liked it so much, I think I will try this combination with some of my other favorite baked goods.
