Happy Monday! Our energy level affects our level of creativity, desire, and motivation. When we are tired, we have a tendency to let fearful thoughts creep in. Our energy level affects our hope!
1 Timothy 6:12 states, “Fight the good fight of the faith [in the conflict with evil]; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and [for which] you made the good confession [of faith] in the presence of many witnesses.”
If we allow fearful thoughts to come into our minds, these thoughts can drain our energy. On the days that I am the most tired, I have allowed fear to creep into my mind.
Let’s face it, it is so easy to do when we are surrounded by chaos. The things in the world can suck the very life out of us. Our energy level affects our hope!
However, God gives us the ability to reject fear. We all feel fear. But before we let it take control of our minds, we can reject it!
Trade the feelings of fear for faith. Timothy ultimately made decisions based on faith, not fear.
Declare today I will reject these feelings of fear. I will remain in hope! When we make decisions based on faith, our energy level will increase and we will push past our feelings.

Do you struggle to find joy in everyday moments of your life? Yeah me too! Today, I am talking about staying joyful in the midst of chaos and I share one secret to finding joy in everything.
Let’s face it, life is a struggle. If we spent our days focusing on the bad, we would never get up out of the bed.
Instead of praying for God to give you joy, ask God what is blocking your joy.
When Jesus comes to live inside of you, all that God is comes to live inside of us. This means we have joy but Satan throws worry, anxiety, envy, and frustration.
When we dwell on these things, it starts to build up and our joy is blocked.
One secret to finding joy in everything is to find something to be thankful for!
1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18 states, “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
Today is the day to start thinking about what we are thinking about. Stay in the expectancy that something good will happen today. Your hope will bring you joy.
Believe that something good will happen today!

Happy Monday! Friends, are you feeling burdened by the weight of what is going on in the world? Me too! Now is not the time for the faint of heart. We must be strong and courageous and know God is With us.
I confess I have had many days when I have felt a little weak. You know what, God has always been there to pick me up again.
The Book of Daniel gives us hope. Daniel and his three friends lived in a time of harsh dictatorship. In fact, they were exiled and lived in captivity. Daniel had faith and stayed strong through the midst of some terrible circumstances, such as the lion’s den and the fiery furnace. God showed up because Daniel was faithful.
Are you feeling strong and courageous today?
Put your trust in God and He will make you strong.
Psalm 46: 1-3 states, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”
Friends, don’t give up. God is for you and He is with you right now. Check out my blog every week at kamzinsser.com.
