The Bible tells us to pray without ceasing!
Happy New Year, friends! We are already into the new year and I am so happy to be moving forward into the new. To be honest, the year 2021 was a blur! I am believing in all-new in 2022.
I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions. According to one study, only about 9% believe they were successful in keeping their New Year’s Resolution by the end of the year.
Isaiah 43:19 states, “See I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
As we enter the new year, focus on the new in 2022. The new the only God can bring.
Have faith in God and He will carry you through 2022.
Set some goals for yourself!
Pray more!
Spend more time studying the Word of God!
Make more time for your family!
Look for things that bring you joy!
Laugh more!
Finally, you have all the faith and the grace to do what you need to do in 2022!
I hope that you will continue to follow me this year at kamzinsser.com! I pray that you will have the best New Year!
Happy Monday! Christmas is almost here and there is still a lot to do. I hope that you are having a wonderful week. This week I am talking about the most powerful position you can have!
One of the things that have struck me this Christmas season is the lack of joy and peace. If I take my focus off of God for one minute I start to feel anxious.
Anxiety causes me to lose my joy and peace. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
It is so hard on many days to focus on the good. However, when we do, we are promised peace and joy. It is the most powerful position you can have!
Nehemiah 8:10 says, “Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
As we near Christmas, don’t let the worries of the world steal your joy. Jesus came to the earth and was born in a manger. Jesus brought peace and joy to the world and will continue to bring us peace and joy.
Luke 2:10-11, “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”
Peace gives you power!
Therefore, pursue peace and joy! Expect good things to come in 2022.
Thank you for following my blog every week. You are simply amazing. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Happy Monday! I hope that you are having a great week. December is always a mad dash to complete all the things. This week I am talking about the Christmas season. It’s supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year!
I do love Christmas because we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior. We sing all of the Christmas songs and decorate our houses.
One of my favorite Christmas songs is “It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!”
During the Christmas season, we struggle with managing expectations and family issues which causes more stress. How do you manage everything especially this time of year? It’s supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year!
In Matthew 11:28 Jesus tells us to, “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Even more so now, in this busy season, we need to take time to rest in knowing that we can never do enough.
I believe God wants us to come to Him and be assured that we are accepted because of what He has done for us.
When we do so, we can truly experience freedom from the worry and stress of not doing enough.
I want to be at that place where I can celebrate and truly enjoy the most wonderful time of the year!
Will you join me in this time of rest?
