My passion is to educate, motivate, and provide hope to women of all ages. You are not alone!
Happy Monday! Thank you for choosing to stop by and check out my blog today. I hope that you will be blessed!
1 Peter 2:9 states, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
When we think of royalty what comes to your mind. I think of princes and princesses in a castle. I heard this week that most people love reading about the royals.
I believe we get caught up in what the world deems royalty but lose sight of what God says it is in the Bible.
When we have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, we are the sons and daughters of the King.
Once we truly understand who we are in Christ, we can trade our tarnished view of ourselves for the real truth.
Grab hold of these truths, friends! You are who He says you are not what others say about you.
You are royalty!
Happy Monday! We are already in May and time is just flying by. Summer will be upon us soon.
How many of you see beauty when you look at yourself in the mirror? How many of you see ugly when you look in the mirror? Satan uses our perception of ourselves as a weakness to keep us from living our best life.
Esther in the Bible was a nobody by the world’s standards. However, God used her to save His people. Esther 2:17 states, “And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.”
Why are we so reluctant to accept the favor of God in our lives, as Esther did?
We are daughters of the King and as the daughter of the King we have:
The mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16 states, “We have the mind of Christ.”
Direct access to God. Hebrews 4:16 states, “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence.”
Power over Satan. Luke 10:19 states, “I have given you authority to trample… over all the power of the enemy.”
God’s blessing. Philippians 4:19 states, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
We must learn to see ourselves through the eyes of God!
Happy Monday! I hope that everyone had a great weekend.
Ephesians 3:13 states, “So I ask you not to lose heart at my sufferings on your behalf, for they are your glory and honor.”
Friends, are you going through some difficult times? It seems that everyone that I encounter is experiencing some storms in their life.
In the above scriptures, Paul was in prison for preaching the gospel. He wanted the people to know that he was enduring the difficult times for them. He knew that God would use this difficult time for His glory.
When we are in the middle of difficult times, it can be so easy to give up. God does not want us to give up. He wants us to pray with boldness and confidence.
James 5:16 states, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
Prayer is the most effective way to fight our battles.
Blessings to you!
