My passion is to educate, motivate, and provide hope to women of all ages. You are not alone!
Friends, HOPE is the strand that keeps us moving forward through every adversity! Stop thinking this is never going to end!
Hope keeps us in a positive frame of mind. One of the worst things we can do is to think is this is never going to get better. This is a lie from Satan!
Instead, say this is going to end well! Or say tomorrow, things will be better. This positivity will calm down all of the fear and negativity in your life.
Having a positive attitude or outlook doesn’t mean all of the pain goes away.
Pain can be a lonely place. However, we are never alone! Stop thinking this is never going to end!
God knows exactly what we are going through! He sees all of the pain and the tears. God doesn’t promise to deliver us from all of the pain. But he does promise to be with us while we are going through it.
Psalm 139:1-5 says, 1.”O Lord you have searched me, and have known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up [my entire life, everything I do]; 2. You understand my thought from afar. 3. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And You are intimately acquainted with all my ways. 4. Even before there is a word on my tongue [still unspoken], Behold, O Lord, You know it all. 5. You have enclosed me behind and before,

And [You have] placed Your hand upon me.
Friends, God is always with you. Stop thinking this is never going to end. Don’t give up.
Look at what you have, not at what you don’t have. Count your blessings, not your problems.
Look at how far you have come, not at how far you have to go!
Stay hopeful!

Happy Monday! One of the most common forms of stress is the comparison trap. I admit, there have been so many times that I have spent time comparing myself to others. The more you compare your life to those around you, the less you enjoy the life that God has given you.
I think we can all agree that comparison is bad but it is so easy to fall prey to the comparison trap. The only thing that comes from the comparison is stress.
Psalms 139:14 states, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.”
Things in life that make us different are assets. We were created by God to be confident, secure, and bold. Comparison is a joy steeler.
In 1 Samuel 17, David fought Goliath using the tools that God gave him. He didn’t have to use Saul’s armor to fight Goliath. In fact, David could have been tempted to fight like Saul but God gave him what he needed to slay the giant.
We have what we need because God gives us what we need. We don’t need to compare ourselves to others. It only brings on more stress in our lives.
The bottom line is God created you for a purpose and He has given you the talents and gifts that you need.

Happy Monday! We are already in July. I hope that everyone is spending time with their friends and family.
When I was growing up, my parents watched the weekly television show, “Hee Haw.” I remember one of the songs they always sang each week was about spreading rumors. Rumors are the worst. The more we listen to rumors the more our minds become filled with negative thoughts! When we focus on the negative…
When we allow negative thoughts to fill our minds, it always comes out of our mouths. Matthew 12:34 states, “…For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart.”
Everything begins with a thought! The more thoughts of love and kindness, the more we view others as being kind and loving. When things become right on the inside, things will be right on the outside.
Matthew 12:33 states, “Either made the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for the tree is recognized and judged by its fruit.”
It all begins with our hearts and mind. When we focus on the love of God and fellowship with Him every day, we are planting good seeds. When we focus on negative thoughts, we are planting bad seeds.
Friends, make time for God in your daily schedule. I can’t survive on a Sunday fill-up. I need God every day.
How are you? Send me an email or message me on Social Media. If you need prayer, I would love to pray for you.
