As we head into the fall season, what are you cooking at your house? Are you cooking weary? Since the Covid-19 more and more people are making homemade meals with their families. Others are choosing to either go for the deliveries or go through the drive-thru. While others are ordering fresh meals delivered to your home either ready to make or already prepared that can be popped into the oven and ready in minutes. I do know that my love for cooking has waned a bit over the last months. I have become cooking weary. My once a week trip to the grocery store has turned into a quick order using Shipt or curbside pickup. Don’t get me wrong, I love to bake and will always love to bake. But, trying to decide what to fix for supper has become a daily chore.
is Don’t Give Up! Galatians 6:9 says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Keep doing what you are doing! Even when you are feeling cooking weary, do not give up! Let’s share ideas and recipes.
Stay tuned tomorrow! I am sharing an easy pumpkin bread recipe using a mix. You will love it!
